The new double-cylinder exhaust valve is composed of two cylinders, a large cylinder and a small cylinder.
When there is no water in the pipeline, the large and small floating balls in the valve body of the exhaust valve are all in the fully open position. When water is input, a large amount of air in the valve body is discharged from the air outlet of the large cylinder, which improves the water delivery capacity of the system and saves energy. Because water often contains soluble air, when water is transported, the air is continuously released from the water, and after a certain amount is formed, the small buoy will fall, and a small amount of air will be discharged from the small vent hole on the small cylinder. Otherwise air that accumulates above the lines will reduce the water delivery capacity of the piping system. Once negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, the large floating ball of the exhaust valve will fall, the outlet will open, and the valve will quickly suck in the outside air to avoid affecting the normal water supply due to the negative pressure in the pipeline.
